What a wonderful business. The 1g coin is sold at almost double the spot gold price and will be adjusted up or down with the gold price. I also like the name of the machine - Smart Gold ATM. The smart of course, refers to the machine .....  The 10g coin appears to make much more financial sense. All that glitters at these ATMs is... gold - 25 Sept 2014, Straits Times Prices are updated daily and pegged to global gold prices. Yesterday, 1g cost $100, 5g cost $390 and 10g would have set you back $660. The prices quoted on the ATMs yesterday were above the day's spot gold price of US$1,224.85 an ounce or about US$43.20 (S$54.80) a gram. United Overseas Bank, which also offers physical gold to retail customers, was selling a 1g PAMP gold bar for $77 yesterday.

In yr opinion, can buy abit of gold to keep? hope, Based on my former Technical Analysis lecturer, Wang Tao's Elliott Wave chart pattern on Gold dated 3 Oct 2013... Gold had re-visited its low of US$1,180.71 and hit lower to US$1,172 per ounce on 31 Oct 2014, next TP US$1,086.
