Zuolun Bro,
How do you see Cosco?
cheers simplemind, How you see Cosco is more important than how I see Cosco. You won't improve your TA skill much by frequently posting one to two sentences in every post or new stock thread. . My thoughts/analysis on Cosco. Comments and guidance from Sifu zuolun or other sifus please. Thanks. huathuatleoThank you for doing the chart on Cosco for simplemind. Your brief narration on Cosco is good and it would be better if you put it in point form. Don't forget to do a follow-up on Cosco later and compare it with what you've posted now and then. My observations on Cosco for your perusal. Observations on Cosco:- Cosco has a Bearish Gartley Bat pattern formation.
- It managed to do an intermediate bullish trend reversal from low of S$0.46 (point A) on 23 Mar 2015 to high of S$0.645 (point B) on 28 Apr 2015.
- It then backed down to S$0.495 (point C) on 12 May 2015 with a small gap bet. S$0.57 and S$0.575 created on 5 May 2015.
- With the EOD closing @ S$0.545 on 21 May 2015 and price trading above the bullish kumo (purple cloud), Cosco has a potential to hit S$0.70 (point D).
- Once the dead cat bounce is done, Cosco is likely to retest the last low @ S$0.46 to continue its downside movement, interim TP S$0.43, next TP S$0.365.

My thoughts/analysis on Cosco. Comments and guidance from Sifu zuolun or other sifus please. Thanks. Technically, I see resistance around 60c, at upper blue line in your drawing, it's also about 0.618 retracement area using recent high-low as XA, and a few nearby highs toward the left. I would expect it to move down if it gets to that price, then perhaps find intermediate support at lower red line in your drawing.

Thank you Zuolun and Roberto for your comments and advice. huathuatleo, In most cases, retail punters in speculative penny and micro penny stocks are actually playing with a "bayi" who is extremely well-versed in TA. This particular group of players are often mistaken as the BBs who could move and control the stock prices but there is a difference between the two. The former is a salaried professional using corporate account to trade, doing a daily and routine "roll-over" job, without paying any commission Vs the latter who use real money to trade, paying a commission based on trade size. Cosco ~ "bayi" at work on 22 May 2015 at 1600 hrs.

Observations on Cosco:- The Bearish Gartley Bat pattern formation is negated.
- Cosco's share price backed down @ S$0.56, the 61.8% FIBO on 21 May 2015; closing lower low @ S$0.525 on 29 May 2015 signalled a bull trap.
- It's now trading below the 4 SMAs and below the kumo (purple cloud), indicating more downside than upside.
- The dead cat bounce is done, Cosco is likely to retest the last low @ S$0.46 to continue its downside movement, interim TP S$0.43, next TP S$0.365.
- Long above S$0.56, the 61.8% FIBO; short on rally once the last low @ S$0.46 is retested.
Cosco ~ Bull Trap, interim TP S$0.43, next TP S$0.365Cosco closed with a bullish harami @ S$0.525 (+0.01, +1.9%) with 2.81m shares done on 29 May 2015. Immediate support @ S$0.495, next support @ S$0.46, immediate resistance @ S$0.53, next resistance @ S$0.55.

Bro Zuolun, Alternative view of COSCO COSCO seems to form a bullish Butterfly. However, currently point D already exceeded the 261.8% limit of BC projection, does that invalid such Butterfly pattern?

The same goes for a descending triangle in a longterm downtrend stock; it's unlikely to be bullish. Can play the dead cat bounce but look at the strong selling pressure in Cosco's weekly chart. The RRR is much higher for short-trades, especially at the 50w SMA = 见光死!Cosco yards delay deliveries for two accommodation units ~ 6 Aug 2015

Sevan Drilling and Cosco agree to extend delay on rig delivery ~ 2 Nov 2015 SembMar caught in maelstrom as $120m investment in Cosco capsizes ~ 26 Oct 2015 COSCO Singapore to refund US$26.3 mil in deposit for deferred orderBy Chan Chao Peh November 2, 2015 COSCO Corp (Singapore) announced that its customer Sevan Drilling Rig VI Pt Ltd, is exercising its option to defer an order for a drilling rig. The deposit of US$26.3 million, or 5% of the contract price plus interest, has to be refunded by Dec 1 2015, the company announced. In addition, the final payment for the contract has also been amended from the original 80% of the contract price to 85% of the contract price of US$526.0 million, or US$447.1 million. That amount can be further amended upon expiration of the option period. The company first announced winning of the contract back in May 2011. In between, the industry went into a down turn that is persisting till now. In October 2014, Sevan and Cosco reached an agreement to extend the delivery date for 12 months, with options that could be exercised at 6-month intervals, such that the delivery date can be extended by up to 36 months from Oct 15 2014. “In view of the deferment and the uncertainty as to whether the remaining options will be exercised, it is not possible to ascertain the financial impact of the agreement for deferment at this point in time,” the company announced. “The Company will make announcements of any significant development in this matter at the appropriate junctures.” The company’s shares have been suspended since August 11 this year, pending a possible “significant transaction” involving its parent company China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company. COSCO Singapore last traded at 37.5 cents.
