Today, I called the UOB hotline as I was not able to activate my ATM card through the internet. After 10 minutes going through 5 check questions, the customer service officer then said that I am not able to activate my ATM card online and have to do it through the ATM! My goodness.... she should have simply checked first and this would have saved both of us a lot of time!
