Took my family here for dinner last night. Used the Prima Card voucher. $20 off plus a free plate of their famous Shredded Scallop with Fish & Egg White. They currently have their Peking Duck on offer at $48 as well. Portions are relatively large and hence, don't over order. Ambience is wonderful as the tower is quite high and one can Sentosa island, the port and city.

Restaurant was relatively empty as it is a big restaurant and it was a week day evening. Food was great and the views are wonderful. Pity not many dine in this place.

I had lunch with my wife in Bangkok Jam in Raffles City today.

The clear Tong Yum soup was very salty and we sent it back to the kitchen. Within 3 minutes, it came back and it was quite obvious that they simply diluted it with lots of water. Yes, it was then less salty but of course, it taste like water. We were so shocked that we did not take any more of the Tong Yum soup and quickly finished off our meal, paid and left the restaurant.

Yes, our first and last visit to this restaurant and I will certainly think many times before going to the other restaurants in this chain.
